גְבוּרָה means 'might' or 'heroism' in Hebrew.
It is the name of the fifth Sephirah on the Qabalistic Tree of Life (where it is generally
translated as 'severity'), and appears in the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram (where
it is frequently rendered as 'power').
